How to end your trip using QR code?

Follow these steps to complete your rental seamlessly:

  1. Verify your location – Ensure you are at the correct BlueSG parking station.

  2. Prepare the vehicle – Turn off the engine and engage the handbrake.

  3. Lock and connect – Lock the car using the BlueSG app and securely connect the charging cable to the vehicle.

  4. Confirm before proceeding:

    • The engine is switched off.

    • The car is locked.

    • The charging cable is properly connected.

  5. Scan the QR code displayed on the charging gun.

  6. Rental completed successfully.

Possible Issues When Ending Rental via QR Code: 

You may encounter difficulties due to:

  • Invalid QR code – Ensure you are scanning the correct QR code on the charging gun.

  • Incorrect parking station – Verify that you are at the designated BlueSG station.

  • Incomplete steps – Make sure the car is locked, and the charging cable is connected.
