First, try connecting to the intercom from the gantry.
If the car park operator doesn’t answer or doesn’t allow you to exit without payment, follow these steps:
- Pay for the parking charges using EZ-Link, Nets FlashPay, Nets Cashcard, or any other card accepted at the EPS.
- Email the receipt or transaction details to customerservice@bluesg.com.sg.
- The paid parking charges will be refunded to you through your rental charges.
Alternatively, you can swap vehicles if there’s an available vehicle at the station. However, there’s no guarantee that the swapped vehicle won’t have the same issue.
Reimbursement for Payment
Once you have emailed the receipt or transaction details to customerservice@bluesg.com.sg, a reimbursement for the parking charges will be processed to offset your rental charges.
Steps to retrieve the Parking Receipt:
If you have made payment via EZ-Link:
(a) EZ-Link Mobile App - Take a screenshot of the transaction, inclusive of the date, time, and amount
If you have made payment via Cashcard:
(a) Cashcard Top-Up machine - Select Transaction History > Print, and take a photo of the receipt inclusive of the date, time, and amount.
If you have made payment via NetsFlashPay:
(a) FlashPay Reader - Take a screenshot of the transaction, including the date, time, and amount.
(b) Nets Top-Up Machine located in any HDB Carpark - Tap at the machine, select transaction history, and take a photo of the transaction, including the date, time, and amount.
If you have made payment via Credit/Debit Card/Bank Card:
(a) Mobile Banking App/Website - Take a screenshot of the transaction, including the date, time, and amount.
(b) Bank ATM Machine - Tap on the machine, select transaction history, and take a photo of the transaction, including the date, time, and amount.
