How do I make a car reservation?

Newly revamped BlueSG App (V7.0.0.0)

To reserve a car, choose your designated station, select your preferred car option and press the reserve button for the car you wish to rent. Car reservations can be held for up to 30 minutes.

 

 

Please note that if your car reservation is cancelled or expires, you must wait 10 minutes before making a new car reservation. Do note that this is subject to the availability of the car.

 

Current BlueSG App (V 6.2.9)

To reserve a car, select the station and press the reserve button for the car you wish to rent.

 

 

Car reservations can be held for up to 30 minutes.
To check the timer and location, click on the car icon. From there, you can decide whether to cancel the reservation or start the rental.

 

 

If you do not collect your reserved car within the stipulated 30 minutes reservation duration, there will be an Additional Fee of $5.

Should you be unable to collect the car, we recommend that you cancel your reservation within the 30 minutes reservation duration to avoid the Additional Fee.

 

 

There is No Extension of timing for car or parking reservations. You can cancel your current reservation and make a new reservation. Do note that this is subject to the availability of the car.
