You may terminate your membership at any time during the membership period, for any reason, by Submitting a request through your app, as outlined below:
Basic Membership Termination:

To terminate your Basic Membership, submit your request at least five (5) days before the membership expiry date.
Premium Membership Termination:

To terminate your Premium Membership, submit your request at least five (5) days before the renewal date. Requests should be made within thirty (30) days of the membership period.

Note: If you request termination during the initial one-month term of your Basic or Premium Membership, you will remain liable for the membership fees that would have been due until the end of your membership period had you not terminated your membership.
