How to reset / change your password?

To reset your password via the BlueSG app, follow these steps:

1. On the login page, select "Forgot Password."
   

2. Enter your registered email address and tap "Continue."
   

3. Check your email for the activation code.
   

4. Enter the activation code and create a new password that meets the following requirements:

   • Minimum 8 characters

   • At least one number

   • At least one uppercase letter

   • At least one special character
     

5. Tap "Log In" to complete the process.

To update your password via the BlueSG app, follow these steps:

1. Access the Menu: Tap the menu button in the top left corner.

2. Navigate to Password Settings: Tap your name and select Change Password.

3. Enter Your Credentials: Provide your current password and set a new one. Your new password must meet the following criteria:

   • At least 8 characters in length.

   • Contains at least one number.

   • Includes at least one uppercase letter.

   • Contains at least one special character.

4. Confirm the Change: Tap Change Password to finalize the update.
