Due to a product update, a few users with Subscription Status as ACTIVE will now be set to SUSPENDED. Please check and follow the instructions below to ensure uninterrupted access to our rental services.
1. Check if you have a Payment Method:
- Log in to your BlueSG app.
- Tap on the hamburger menu in the top left, select 'Subscription,' and then tap 'View Details.'
- If there's no payment card linked to your account, please add a payment method by tapping ‘Update Payment Details.’

2. If Your Status Remains Suspended After Adding a Payment Method:
- Check your account for any outstanding bill(s).
- Pay your bill(s) manually by tapping the ‘Make Payment’ button. Please note that the "Make Payment" capability is currently under maintenance. Check back in a few days to make your payment.
