Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, but to ensure availability for all our customers, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled rental time. Unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellations or issue refunds for bookings canceled within 48 hours of the rental period.
Who is responsible for charging the vehicle?
We will provide a car with minimum 90% state of charge. You are responsible for charging the electric vehicle during your rental period. If the car needs more charge you must recharge it at your own expense.
Where can I charge the vehicle?
You can charge the vehicle at any publicly availble charging station. We recommend using EV charging services from:
- CDG-Engie
- Charge+
- ChargeEco
- Shell
- SP Mobility
Follow the instructions on their app to start charging.
*Please note that the car will not be charged when plugged into a BlueSG station.*
How and when to pick up
- Car will be provided at the nearest station as per requested in the interest form.
- Rental will start automatically at the stipulated time and you may pick up the car any time after. You should see an ongoing rental in your app during this time.
How and when to return
- You may return the car at any BlueSG stations.
- Just like any other normal rental, customer need to ensure the car engine is off, doors are closed and locked, and charging gun is plugged, and press the end rental button.
- You may also make reservation of parking for 45 minutes before ending the rental.
- You may return the car longer than the planned rental, with additional fees described in “Fee structure and overage” below.
Parking Fees
You are responsible for all parking fees incurred during the car rental, even if the parking lot includes a BlueSG charging station. In the event of disputes, BlueSG reserves the right to review cases individually, pertaining to request for reimbursement of where the trip began at the selected pick-up station. We encourage you to verify parking arrangements before starting the trip to avoid any inconvenience.
Fee structure and overage
The full-day rental package is priced at $150 for a 24-hour period. The car may come with a varied state of charge, and you are responsible for keeping the car charged for usage. Please ensure the battery is not completely depleted during your rental. Any usage beyond the 24-hour period will incur an additional charge at our listed rate of $0.52 per minute. We recommend planning your trips in advance to avoid overage fees.
Abandonment Policy
If you fail to return a BlueSG car, you will be liable for additional fees as stated in BlueSG Terms and Conditions.
Multiple days selection
You are allowed to select up to three (3) days in the submission. In the event where there are two (2) or (3) consecutive days selected, you will be eligible to continuously use the car for the selected days.
