1. Where can I redeem my trip voucher?
You can redeem your voucher directly in the BlueSG App under the Benefits section.
2. Types of Vouchers
a. One-Time Use Voucher
- Credits from these vouchers are valid for one rental only.
- Balance remaining credit amounts would be forfeited after the first use. Once applied to a rental, the credit would be marked as fully used, regardless of whether the amount has been fully utilized.
- Any unused voucher credits after the expiration date, the credit will expire automatically.
b. Multi-Use Vouchers
- Credits can be used across multiple rentals until fully exhausted or expired.
- Unused portions would be carried forward to future invoices.
- Credits are deducted based on the invoice amount.
- Any unused credits will remain active until the expiration date or until the credit balance has been fully utilized.
3. How do I apply my voucher to a rental?
To use your voucher:
- Proceed to the Benefit section.
- Click on the "Enter a Promo Code" button.
- Enter your voucher code in the "Enter your Promo Code here" field.
- Click "Apply" to see the discount reflected.
4. Why is my voucher not working?
If your voucher is not applying successfully, check the following:
- Ensure the code is entered correctly (no spaces or typos).
- Check if the voucher has expired.
- If the voucher is for one-time use only and cannot be reused.

5. How multiple vouchers can be used on a single invoice?
Multiple vouchers can be applied to a invoice automatically, based on the following priority order:
i. Earliest Expiry First – Vouchers expiring soonest are used first to prevent them from going unused.
Example: Voucher A (expires March 10) will be used before Voucher B (expires April 15).
ii. One-Time Use Before Multi-Use – If vouchers expire on the same day, one-time-use vouchers are applied first.
Example: Voucher C (one-time use) will be used before Voucher D (multi-use) if both expire on May 1.
iii. Smaller Amount First – If vouchers have the same expiry date and type, the smaller credit is used first.
Example: Voucher E ($5) will be used before Voucher F ($10) if both expire on June 20.
iv. No Priority If Everything Is the Same – If all factors are identical, vouchers can be applied in any order.
v. Credits with No Expiration Date (Carpark Fee Reimbursement) - Credits issued by Customer Experience Support Team, will only be used after all time-sensitive vouchers have been fully utilized.
6. Can I transfer my voucher to another account?
Vouchers are non-transferable and must be used on the account they were issued to.
7. Where can I check my available vouchers?
You can view your available vouchers under BlueSG App → Benefits section.
8. Where can I check my used vouchers?
You can view your available vouchers under BlueSG App → Benefits section → Not Available.
