If you still wish to proceed with deleting your BlueSG account, please Submit a request to our support team via Request to Delete My Account, and we will process your request accordingly.
Things to Note Before Deleting Your Account:
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Any remaining credits or subscriptions will be lost.
- If you have unpaid fees or fines, we will notify you via email. You must settle them before we can proceed.
- Processing takes 3 to 5 business days. We will send you a confirmation once your account is deleted.
- Want to use BlueSG again? You’ll need to create a new account.
