Monthly Subscription Billing
BlueSG offers two subscription plans:

- Your subscription becomes ACTIVE upon activation and remains active unless you request a cancellation. The activation date marks the start of your subscription period.

Your subscription automatically renews every month on the same date. This date also serves as the end of your current billing cycle.

For example, if you activate your subscription on April 15, it will renew on May 15, and your first billing cycle will end on May 14.

The cycle continues each month unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
Rental Billing

Rental Rates:

BlueCar rentals: $0.36 per minute

Corsa-e rentals: $0.52 per minute

Hourly rental packages are available. Be sure to select your preferred vehicle and pricing before starting a rental.

Invoice Generation:

Invoices are generated daily for rentals completed between 00:00 and 23:59 on the previous day.

You will receive your rental invoice within 24 to 48 hours after your trip.

Payment and Account Management

Subscription and rental payments are automatically deducted from your registered payment method.

To prevent account suspension, ensure your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.

If your subscription begins on May 13 and you do not complete a rental on that day, your invoice for the next day will only include the subscription fee.
