You may choose to downgrade your membership at any time during the membership period, for any reason, by Submitting a request through your app, as outlined below:

To downgrade from your Premium/ Basic Membership, submit your request at least five (5) days before the renewal date. Requests should be made within thirty (30) days of the membership period.

Note: If you request to downgrade during the initial one-month term of your Premium Membership, you will remain liable for the membership fees that would have been due until the end of your membership period had you not submit your request to downgrade your membership.
