- These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to the “Free Membership Launch” Campaign (“Campaign”) organized by BlueSG Pte Ltd (“BlueSG”).
- By taking part in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decision(s) of BlueSG in relation to and in connection with this Campaign.
- BlueSG reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any participant or reject participants deemed ineligible for the Campaign (be it under these Terms & Conditions or if the participant has engaged in conduct that BlueSG deems fraudulent, inappropriate or unacceptable).
- The Campaign is for BlueSG mobile app users who signed up for Free Membership from 07 May 2025, 00:00hrs to 30 June 2025, 23:59hrs (both dates inclusive) (“Qualifying Period”).
- To qualify for the Campaign, you must fulfil all of the following criteria:
- Download the BlueSG mobile app and sign up for a Free Membership account if you are not a BlueSG registered user.
- Users must complete 2 rentals within the campaign period.
- Qualified trips must end by 30 June 2025, 23:59hrs. Rental trips that end after 30 June 2025, 23:59hrs will not be eligible for the Campaign.
- Existing users who downgrade from Basic or Premium Membership to Free Membership during the Qualifying Period will not be eligible for the Campaign.
- The Campaign is limited to the first 150 registered Free Membership users who successfully fulfil the required criteria.
- Winners will receive 4 months Basic subscription (worth $32) and $50 worth of rental vouchers.
- Each participant is eligible to receive only one reward, regardless of the number of qualifying trips completed during the Campaign period.
- The reward will be sent to winners via their registered email address with BlueSG within 30 working days after the end of the Campaign period.
- Subscription credit can be used towards eligible subscription fees only and cannot be exchangeable, redeemed for cash or transferred.
- Rental credit can be used towards eligible rental charges only and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.
- BlueSG Employees are ineligible to participate in the Campaign.
- BlueSG shall not be responsible for any failure of delay in posting of rental transactions which may result in any customer being omitted from the Campaign.
- BlueSG shall not be responsible for:

- Any loss, claim, or damage suffered or incurred in connection with the Campaign, including errors in computing qualifying transactions.
- Any notices, letters, or correspondence lost, stolen, or misdirected in the postal or telecommunication system, and any consequences arising from non-receipt of such communications.
- BlueSG’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.
